restless leg syndrome
"Restless leg syndrome appears to be
the symptom of a magnesium deficiency, pure and simple.
Some texts say it's calcium, but I have repeatedly seen
calcium make it worse. I believe it is a deficiency
of magnesium relative to calcium, and have seen 100% cure
in 100% of patients using this, as have some colleagues.
Magnesium citrate, 400-600 mg for women, 800-1000 for men.
It's pointless to seek an herbal remedy when this is a
nutritional deficiency, and is the most common mineral
deficiency in modern life, affecting at least 80% of the
population."
