Massage Therapy and Bodywork
Wildwood offers a wide variety of bodywork styles to meet your needs. Listen to your body, it knows what it kneads.

Therapeutic Massage
This style provides basic relaxation and address specific areas of pain and tension.

Prenatal Massage
Massage is beneficial throughout pregnancy, helping ease the body in this
transition.  Strokes and positions specific to pregnancy.

Shiatsu
A traditional Eastern style of massage, Japanese acupressure that works with meridians, it is designed to release blockages.

Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage that blends yoga and massage.  Client is fully dressed and massage is done on a padded mat on the floor.

Lymphatic Drain
A light massage that specifically addresses lymph drainage.  Lymph is an integral part of the body's immune system.

Relaxation/Stress Relief
Blending various styles of body work such as therapeutic massage strokes, energy work, and therapeutic touch to release tension and cultivate relaxation.

Polarity
An energetic form of bodywork, used to help restore balance in the body.

Infant Massage Instruction
Taught to parents in small groups, designed to stimulate and increase bonding through touch.

These prices apply to one hour massages of any modality.
3 massages...........................$135 ($45 each)
