America’s Most Vital Healing Plants
at Upland Hills School’s Karen Joy Theater
This presentation is open to all who are interested for just $20,

Join us for a glorious visual feast as we travel across the meadows, woodlands, and backyards of America via an exquisite slide presentation identifying our potent and common medicinal plants. Often forgotten in our quest for the new, the miraculous and the exotic, these remarkable yet common medicinal plants play an even more important role in our modern herbal pharmacopoeia as the need for sustainable, renewable sources of medicinal plants becomes ever more evident.

FOUNDATIONAL WELLNESS FOR WOMEN
at Upland Hills Ecological Awareness Center

Let's embrace our holy temple bodies, play with the herbs, and rejoice in the feminine! Rather than focus than focus on herbs for specific problems, we will use our time together to discuss herbs, food, and natural practices that help maintain health and well being in our goddess bodies. We'll discuss a Materia medica of herbs that help support our bodies through their cycles of womanhood. And which foods/herbs we need to include in our daily diets and which ones should be avoided. Learn to use vaginal steams, sitz baths, and poultices that aid in removing congestion from the pelvic and support good health. Do you know how to do a self-exam? And why you'd even do one? If not, this will be a great supportive time to learn. A day of celebrating herbs, woman, and the healing power of plants.
